Focusing on all key consumer and media touch points and across all communications channels, this can include all communications and marketing messaging, media relations, website, social media, in-store and IRL experience, events, community, partnerships and activations.

I work with brands to build and grow their communities thoughtfully, authentically and organically. This can be through connection with my own community; a network of the leading Media, Tastemakers, Influencers, Stylists and brands within the luxury space and beyond or by further tapping into your existing brand community or extended community. By identifying and creating opportunities for engagement, clients can connect with individuals who provide a large sphere of influence, expand their own community while also providing credibility, visibility and increased brand awareness.

The need for brands to create strategic programming and IRL experiences for their community, media and consumers has only grown exponentially and is a key component to community building. However with such a crowded and competitive event landscape, it is important to create experiences that will resonate with attendees in order to recieve the desired ROI. 
With over 20+ years of expertise in events and guest experience, I provide a full spectrum of front of house services, working with brands to craft new and innovative ways to adapt to the changing brand experience landscape. When done successfully, brand events can grow and strengthen their community, increase overall visibility and awareness, and create press and social media worthy moments.

With over 23 years of experience, she specializes in building magnetic brand ecosystems that align strategy, storytelling, and community-building across every key brand touchpoint.

Hallie's career spans entrepreneurial ventures and deep agency leadership inclusive of 8 years tenure at KCD serving as Vice President PR, giving her a unique perspective on both global brand operations and emerging founder-led businesses. She has led integrated communications strategies, high-impact press campaigns, brand launches, cultural partnerships, and large-scale events for iconic names including Gucci, Givenchy, Vogue, the British Fashion Council, Ferrari Lifestyle, Tory Burch, Brunello Cuccinelli, and many others.

A trusted partner to CEOs, creative directors, and brand founders, Hallie is known for her intuitive understanding of what resonates — blending strategic insight with creative vision to craft narratives and experiences that cut through the noise and build lasting emotional connection.

Also an expert in event strategy and execution, Hallie has overseen front-of-house operations for some of the industry's most high-profile events — including the CFDA Awards, Glamour Women of the Year, The Met Gala and BOF500 Gala, as well as hundreds of fashion shows, launches, and global brand activations.

 

After 17 years in NYC, today Hallie is based between Los Angeles and Ojai, California. She works as a brand and communications consultant, collaborating with clients across fashion, luxury, wellness, and lifestyle to evolve their brand strategy, clarify positioning, and build resonance with the right audiences. Her approach is individualized, intuitive, and grounded in experience — designed to help brands unlock their unique magnetism and move with clarity, confidence, and connection.
